For universities · planned pilot
Give students practical AI experience. See the work behind their progress.
NATIVE is developing a guided project program that helps students apply AI to business problems, improve with feedback and explain their work. We are inviting universities to shape the first business-operations pilot.
What students work through.
- A supplied business brief and dataset.
- Milestones leading to a practical deliverable.
- Exercises that ask students to check AI outputs.
- Feedback, revision and an individual explanation of decisions.
Turn customer feedback into an operational recommendation.
A fictional subscription business supplies a brief and sample feedback. The student categorizes it, links findings to source rows and recommends a workflow—with limitations made clear.
Categorized feedback with source links, a one-page recommendation and a proposed workflow with limitations.
Checked categories, corrected an unsupported conclusion and wrote the recommendation.
The AI summary says cancellation complaints doubled. A source check finds 18 cancellation comments, not 24, and the sample cannot establish what caused them.
cancellation is the largest category in this sample; trend and cause remain uncertain.

Assessment preview
Source accuracy, judgment, recommendation quality and explanation. Feedback asks the student to separate observed counts from causal claims; the revised excerpt does so.
Career evidence
“In a simulated operations project, audited AI-generated categories against source feedback and revised a recommendation to state the evidence and uncertainty.”
The project, output, feedback and assessment shown here are illustrative. They do not represent a real student, customer, reviewer or deployed result.
What the planned pilot includes.
Guided project materials and assessment criteria; a delivery and reviewer plan; student work and contribution evidence; and a cohort report with completion and assessment coverage.
What you can report
Participation and completed work; individually assessed students; supporting work; and comparable baseline/final results where the assessments support comparison. Participation alone is not evidence of skill improvement.
Illustrative reporting scope. Final measures and reviewer responsibilities are agreed before delivery.
How we set it up.
- 01
Define the student group and learning goals.
- 02
Agree the cohort, schedule, access, price and responsibilities.
- 03
Deliver the projects and review the evidence.
- 04
Review results and decide what comes next.
Shared responsibilities
NATIVE and the university agree who owns recruitment, onboarding, facilitation, feedback and student support before the pilot begins.
Commercial scope
Pricing, duration, review cadence and access after the pilot depend on the cohort and delivery scope in the agreed proposal.
Let's discuss a pilot for your students.
Tell us who you want to support and what you want them to be able to do. We will discuss whether a planned NATIVE pilot fits.
- 1We review the student group and learning goals you share.
- 2Together we scope schedule, access, price, support and responsibilities.
- 3An inquiry starts a discussion; it does not enroll a cohort.
